Making Spicy and Sweet Daegu Dongin-dong Steamed Ribs
Dongin-dong Jjimgalbi is a traditional food with Daegu's unique spicy taste. The soft braised short ribs, which is covered with spicy and sweet seasoning with plenty of red pepper powder and garlic, is also very delicious, but the taste of mixing rice with the last remaining seasoning is excellent.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Remove blood from beef ribs by immersing them in cold water for more than 30 minutes.

Cut potatoes and radishes into 1.5cm pieces.

Cut the carrots into 0.5cm thick pieces.

When boiling beef, add onions, espresso, soju, whole pepper, lemon, etc. which are written in the boiling ingredients. Boil it for at least an hour and a half to make the beef tender. It's better to boil it a little more to make it softer, right?

If the beef ribs are cooked gently, leave 2 to 3 cups of broth and throw them away. Add pre-prepared carrots, radishes, and potatoes.

Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, hot pepper powder, sugar, garlic, ginger, and broth.

Chop the kiwi into small pieces and put it in.

Add pepper moderately and cook potatoes and radishes, stirring occasionally to prevent lying down.

When the potatoes are well cooked, add the onions and cook very lightly. It's good to turn off the heat as soon as the spicy taste of onions disappears. The crunchy texture is very delicious.

Finish it with sesame oil.
The key to braised short ribs is how smoothly you boil them.
