Cook in an electric rice cooker for 50 minutes.
STEP 8/18
Cover the pressure rice cooker in the gas stove for about an hour and boil it for about 2 hours while adding water. :D
The alsage is quite tough, so you have to boil it for a long time crying
STEP 9/18
Remove the boiled suji separately, strain the ingredients through a sieve, and leave the soup separately :D
I'm going to use the soup from here as a soup for sujitang.
STEP 10/18
Let's cool it down
STEP 11/18
Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 12/18
It is even better to divide the amount of cut suji for one meal, freeze it in the freezer, and put it little by little in the soup or hot pot you want to eat, such as fish cake soup or beef soup.
STEP 13/18
I soaked the glass noodles in cold water for sujitang. :D
STEP 14/18
Put two handfuls of suji in the broth that boiled suji,
STEP 15/18
