Braised pork and eggs in soy sauce
I made it using eggs and pork for families who need to eat a lot of protein.

Ingredients
  • Pork
    300g
  • Chili peppers
    20ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    10ea
  • Eggs
    8ea
  • Soy sauce
    200cc
  • crushed garlic
    50g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Place pork once washed in water underneath. Then, wash the pepper and place it on top. Finally, place pre-boiled eggs on top. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
STEP 2/3
Add 200cc of soy sauce and 50g of minced garlic and boil for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Lastly, wash the cheongyang peppers, cut them, and boil them for another 5 minutes.
It's better to put Cheongyang red pepper when it's boiled a little while.
