Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I soaked the dried daikon in water

Soaked dried radish and squid. Two slices of fish cake
STEP 3/13
Blanch fish cake and squid in boiling water
Parboil the fish cake for a bit and parboil the squid until it's cooked

Put a little bit of sugar and soy sauce in the dried squid fish cake daikon
I mixed it gently and seasoned it beforehand!~~
Mix thick and fine red pepper powder and mix them together

If you mix it gently, it looks like red pepper powder is on the outside
You have to rub it a lot to make it look like it's mixed with red pepper paste
The color is pretty and the glossy looks very delicious
