[As a late night snack]!Making tteokbokki~
When I think of tteokbokki, I think of someone~ Lee Young-ae (it's her nickname) who kept asking me to make tteokbokki because she said the tteokbokki I made was delicious when I worked for a company before!! What surprised me once again was that I met Lee Young-ae, who quit her job over time and naturally lost contact with her!_LOL I think there are a lot of people who do Manle more than I thinklol Thanks to this, I smiled alone while making tteokbokki, recalling my old memories Are you watching this, Lee Young-ae

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please soak the rice cake in water in advance^~^ I used cheese rice cake and this cheese rice cake is so good! I highly recommend it
STEP 2/10
I used three big and thick pieces of fish cake Put the fish cake in hot water for a while
STEP 3/10
In the meantime, cut an onion and a stalk of green onion into pieces
STEP 4/10
A simple tip for making tteokbokki taste! Add one and a half cups of water based on the paper cup and add 2/3 spoons of tea
(I didn't use it often, so I left it unattended, but it got cakey again^^;;)
STEP 5/10
When it boils up, add sliced fish cake and rice cake
STEP 6/10
Add 2 spoons of red pepper paste and 3 spoons of sugar~
(I added 3 spoons to make it sweeter because of the taste buds of elementary school students, but please taste it and adjust it^~^)
STEP 7/10
Keep boiling and add a spoon of red pepper powder~~
STEP 8/10
When the rice cake is cooked, add the sliced vegetables
STEP 9/10
When the vegetables are out of breath, it's over^~^
STEP 10/10
Tteokbokki that tastes like this is done^~^
I don't use it when I cook, but when I cook tteokbokki, I always put in a little bit. There's definitely a difference in taste in a short timeHaha
Have a good night everyone~
T is based on rice spoon and chopsticks. :-)
