Beef Radish Soup
My mom bought me radish and beef, so I made it quickly.

  • Beef

  • Radish

  • Sea tangle

  • Korean style soy sauce
    3spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Salt
    1/3spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please cut radish into bite-size pieces and prepare it.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry beef over high heat with 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 spoon of minced garlic.
STEP 3/5
When the beef is cooked enough, add radish and stir-fry together.
STEP 4/5
When the radishes become slightly transparent, pour water over them and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/5
Add 2 sheets of kelp and season with salt and bring to a boil.
