STEP 3/5
It's medium-fried peanuts.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry until the peanut color turns red.
STEP 5/5
Pour the peanuts and salt into the tray and separate them.
1. I'm using an old pan as a special pan for frying peanuts. If you keep stir-frying the wooden spatula, it'll turn black, so separately 2.
