Stir-fried dried pollack in Jongwon Baek
I made Mr. Baek's stir-fried dried pollack for breakfast today. The green onion was sweet, the dried pollack was soft, and the kkari pepper was crunchy and delicious.

  • dried pollack

  • Chili peppers
    1handful
  • leek
    2ea
  • Cooking oil

  • Oyster sauce
    1TS
  • Soy sauce
    3TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • perilla oil
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the green onion into 2 to 3cm long pieces, and cut the pepper in half
STEP 2/7
Mix 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 3 tablespoon soy sauce
STEP 3/7
Cut the dried pollack into the right size, soak it in water, and squeeze the water out
STEP 4/7
Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions.
STEP 5/7
Add garlic and dried pollack and stir-fry. When dried pollack shrinks, add sugar and stir-fry.
STEP 6/7
Add the pepper and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/7
When it's golden, add the seasoning twice and stir-fry it.
