STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare onions, potatoes, and frozen vegetables in a 1:1:1 ratio.
STEP 2/9
Chop the onions and potatoes into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/9
Melt the butter in a pot and stir-fry the onions over low heat (you can use olive oil instead of butter)
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry onions well until brown.
STEP 5/9
Add chopped potatoes and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Pour enough water to cover vegetables and simmer over medium heat for more than 10 minutes. Add chicken stock or salt to season.
STEP 8/9
When vegetables are fully cooked, grind with a hand blender or transfer to a blender. When using a blender, it's better to cool it down before you go.
STEP 9/9
Add 300ml of milk to the grated vegetable soup and bring to a boil over low heat for 10 minutes. It is easy to stick to the floor, so keep stirring.
You can adjust the ratio of potatoes, onions, and frozen vegetables and the amount of milk according to your preference.
You can add ingredients such as mushroom or corn in the step of boiling milk.
If you put in 1/2 sweet pumpkin, you will get a pretty color like the completed picture (3rd).
