STEP 1/10
It's a fried rice ingredient for fried tofu rice balls.
Slice 1/4 carrots, 1/2 onions, a moderate amount of broccoli, and 4 slices of ham.
STEP 2/10
Squeeze the fried tofu. Cut the Vienna sausage in half and make a leg with a sheath. You cut it three times!
STEP 3/10
Two bowls of rice are ready!
Shall we make colorful and delicious fried rice first?
STEP 4/10
Add the right amount of cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry all the ingredients at once.
STEP 5/10
If the vegetables are out of breath, add two bowls of rice and mix them well.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and season it. While turning off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well. (Since the sausage is a little salty, please make it boring to season the fried rice.)
STEP 6/10
Cool down the fried rice and fill it with fried tofu.
Don't fill it up, just fill it in about two-thirds.
STEP 7/10
Bake the sausage in a pan with a little cooking oil.
STEP 8/10
Use a toothpick to make eye holes and poke the black sesame!
STEP 9/10
If you poke Cheddar cheese with a big straw and poke it in the middle with a small straw, the octopus mouth is complete!
Put octopus sausage in a fried tofu rice ball filled with 2/3 filling and fix it with spinach greens or gimbap laver
This pretty octopus sausage and fried tofu rice ball is made!
STEP 10/10
There are a lot of autumn picnics in kindergartens and daycare centers these days, so if you're thinking about what to pack for a picnic lunch, I strongly recommend octopus sausage and fried tofu rice balls!!
If you're worried about how to make this in the morning, make fried rice in advance the day before and microwave it in the morning. If you cut your legs and make eyeballs on the previous day, you can make an octopus mouth and bake it the next day, so there's no need to do much!
If you're still not confident, try making it in advance on the weekend. If you make it once, you can make it well without getting lost the next time you make it. ^^
