STEP 1/11
I was thinking about putting only shrimp, but there was a frozen clam in the freezer, so they put it in together.
I think it'd be good if you put in seafood together
If you don't want to eat shrimp, you can use a bigger one.
STEP 2/11
Prepare bean sprouts that are essential for steamed shrimp!
And I prepared water parsley, green onions, and peppers.
STEP 3/11
I'll make a lot of seasoning beforehand
STEP 4/11
Wash the bean sprouts and prepare them. Trim the vegetables and cut them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 5/11
I'll officially start making it!
Cook pre-washed shrimp and clams in a pan.
STEP 6/11
Water came out of the clams, so I just stir-fried them and cooked them, but if you only want shrimp, you'd better put a cup of water in a soju glass and cook it.
STEP 7/11
If clams open their mouths and shrimp are also cooked red, put bean sprouts on top and cover them to hold their breath.
STEP 8/11
After the bean sprouts are out of breath, add the sauce and stir-fry it well.
STEP 9/11
Lastly, add green onions and peppers and mix them
STEP 10/11
Put water parsley on top at the end!
To finish, you can add sesame oil to your preference.
STEP 11/11
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. Spicy steamed shrimp made with seasonal shrimp is done
I just stir-fried it because some water came out of the clams, but if you think it's not enough moisture at first, add some water with a soju glass and stir-fry seafood.
If there is too much moisture, add starch water at the end to adjust the concentration.
