Blanch the squid in hot water.

Blanch shrimp by sticking them on skewers so that they don't bend. You can use a toothpick. Shrimp blanched red~ It's chewy and looks delicious.

Separate the eggs into yellow and white, boil the egg, cool it down, and shred it.
