Cooking Steps

I'm making mustard sauce. I'm going to make it with mustard, but I don't have mustard powder at home, so I replace it with what I have. Make mustard sauce with 4 tablespoons of whole grain mustard, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoons of dark soy sauce. I can add sesame oil, but I skipped it.

Blanch the squid in hot water.

Blanch shrimp by sticking them on skewers so that they don't bend. You can use a toothpick. Shrimp blanched red~ It's chewy and looks delicious.

Separate the eggs into yellow and white, boil the egg, cool it down, and shred it.
