STEP 5/18
Cut the meat into 0.5cm pieces. You just have to cut it into small pieces.
It's not in the picture, but I added water to the noodles at this timing. I also make starch water. Mix 2 tablespoons of potato starch with 2 tablespoons of water.
STEP 6/18
The charm of Uni's black bean noodles! Black soybean paste
Add enough oil to the pan. Add black bean paste and stir-fry it.
After frying the black soybean paste, oil is formed. You can filter it through a filter. I used that oil to fry vegetables.
STEP 7/18
Put some oil on the pan. First, add ginger and stir-fry it. I stir-fried it so much that the ginger is all cooked. If you like ginger scent, you can stir-fry it a little bit.
STEP 8/18
Stir-fry ginger and put meat on the pan. I added 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine and 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce to catch the smell and season it.
STEP 9/18
After stir-frying the meat
STEP 10/18

STEP 12/18
Add zucchini and stir-fry it. Stir-fry it over high heat.
STEP 13/18
Add black bean paste and stir-fry it.
STEP 14/18
Add black soybean paste and make it sweet with 2 tablespoons of sugar. I poured 1/2 cup of water, boiled it, and adjusted the concentration with starch water.
STEP 15/18
Lastly, put sesame oil and Uni Black Bean Noodles
STEP 16/18
The water boiled next to me, so I put in kalguksu. When the kalguksu boils up, pour cold water, pour cold water again when it boils up, and rinse the noodles in cold water when the water boils up again.
STEP 17/18
Place the noodles in a bowl. The fact that the noodles are really chewy!!
