Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Let's make Thai sauce first. Mr. Baek made it with soy sauce, fish sauce, water, oyster sauce, and sugar. I made it with dark soy sauce, Chinese soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, water, and oyster sauce. There is a thick Chinese soy sauce with a concentration similar to that of Thai soy sauce, so I ordered half of dark soy sauce and half of Chinese soy sauce. Mr. Baek's Thai sauce ratio is the ratio of soy sauce 2: oyster sauce 1: sugar 1: sand lance sauce 1: water 4. Mix well until sufficient sugar is dissolved.
STEP 2/12
Make the sauce with water pepper. Add red pepper, cheongyang red pepper, green pepper, and rat poop red pepper at home, add a little water, and grind them. Add whole garlic and grind it together. Since there is ground garlic, I just ground it and mixed it with ground garlic.
STEP 3/12
The ingredients are ready. I prepared the spinach and shiitake mushrooms that were trimmed and washed. Sweetened meat, seasoned red pepper, and Thai sauce are prepared.
STEP 4/12
Put oil on it, bite it first, and stir-fry the water pepper sauce first to give out the scent.
STEP 5/12
Add the sweetened meat and stir-fry it together. When stir-frying sweetened meat, stir-fry it well so that the meat doesn't clump together. Add the Thai sauce that was made with liver and stir-fry it while mixing it well. If you think you need more seasoning later, you can add more.
STEP 6/12
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add chopped shiitake mushrooms. I added a little bit of rice wine here. To catch the smell and the smell of green.
STEP 7/12
And then add spinach and stir-fry it quickly to complete the stir-fried pork. Spinach dies quickly, so stir-fry it a little bit.
STEP 8/12
I also added parsley that was crushed to give off a more Thai or exotic scent and stir-fried it together. The scent definitely changed.
STEP 9/12
Now that the stir-fried pork is done, prepare a fried egg to be put on the rice.
STEP 10/12
They put rice on one side and blanched rice noodles on the other side. It's to eat with a bowl of rice and bibim rice noodles.
STEP 11/12
Put a lot of stir-fried pork on top of rice and rice noodles and a fried egg on top of it. It's good to use the remaining Thai sauce when making fried rice.
STEP 12/12
I think it feels empty, so I'll add sprout vegetables to Mamuiri~~JipbabBaek's Thai pork over rice and bibim rice noodles are complete.
