Cooking Steps

When the dough becomes 2.5 to 3 times the initial size, poke it with your finger to check the fermentation status
If your finger shape is maintained, it's fermented well

Bake at 180 degrees in the oven, and when the color comes down to 170 degrees in the oven, look at the color and bake

There is a temperature difference between ovens, so please refer to it and bake it ^^
Even if you do the same weight and same method of molding, the oven spring is different. The reason is that brown rice is mixed evenly and not mixed according to the amount of dough. Add the rice at the end of the dough as much as possible and mix it smoothly at low speed so that it is evenly mixed ^^
