STEP 1/10
Let's open the night we prepared. (When peeling chestnuts, all family members should participate together. It's really hard to peel 30 balms by myself;;)
STEP 2/10
Put peeled chestnuts in microwave-safe containers. Add a pinch of water and salt, mix well, wrap and microwave for 5-7 minutes. (The time may vary depending on the microwave specifications, so please look carefully and turn it around ^^)
STEP 3/10
Remove moisture from chestnuts.
STEP 4/10
Grease a pan preheated over low heat with a little cooking oil, and bake chestnuts until golden. (Grill over low heat.)
STEP 5/10
Place golden chestnuts on top of kitchen towel to lightly remove grease.
STEP 6/10
I should make sweet and sweet mattang sauce now, right? Put 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water in a pan and melt the sugar over low heat. Never stir until sugar melts.
STEP 7/10
Carefully add cooked chestnuts to well-melted sugar water and simmer gently over low heat.
STEP 8/10
Add 1 tablespoon starch syrup or 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and boil it down again. (You may add honey.) ^^) If you add a little cinnamon powder at the end, the scent and taste will be even better! Put the boiled chestnut matang on a piece of paper foil and cool it down before you can eat it ^^
STEP 9/10
I've never had a sweet potato glazed sweet potato before, but I can't believe it's this good
STEP 10/10
If the child's taste was perfect, he ordered me to do it again when he came back from kindergarten tomorrow
