I was thinking about making spicy fish stew or fried fish with frozen rockfish that my mom gave me, so I made fried rockfish for my groom who likes fried food! Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the thawed rockfish in running water and make several cuts on the body.
(I didn't do anything else besides removing the fins because it's a hand-made rockfish.)

Mix 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, the right amount of pepper powder, and the right amount of ginger powder, apply it to every corner of the fish, and add a little salt at the end.

Soak the chopped green onions in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove the spicy taste and strain them through a sieve.
