STEP 1/10
Wash the thawed rockfish in running water and make several cuts on the body.
(I didn't do anything else besides removing the fins because it's a hand-made rockfish.)

Mix 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, the right amount of pepper powder, and the right amount of ginger powder, apply it to every corner of the fish, and add a little salt at the end.

Soak the chopped green onions in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove the spicy taste and strain them through a sieve.

Shall we make fried rockfish sauce now?
Add 3-4 large spoons of soy sauce, 1 large spoon of sugar, 1 large spoon of cooking wine, 2/3 large spoons of oyster sauce, 2 green peppers, and 1 red pepper, and mix well to make the sauce!

Coat every corner of the rockfish with starch.

Pour enough oil into the royal pan and fry the rockfish over medium heat until golden brown.
(Fry and continue to pour oil on the rockfish.)

Place the deliciously fried rockfish on top of the kitchen towel and drain the oil for a while.
STEP 8/10
Put green onion salad and fried rockfish in a suitable bowl and sprinkle sauce on top of it, and this is the end of making delicious crispy fried rockfish!

A piece of fried rockfish with a lot of spicy and salty sauce on top of fresh green onion salad and cheongyang pepper and eat it together :)

It's the taste where you can easily forgive the oil that splattered around the gas stove while frying rockfish

If you have rockfish at home, make sure to make it and eat it!
Unless you have a great sense of taste, you'll be able to enjoy it ^^
