I made my favorite green tea dessert using whole wheat flour. It's a vegetarian baking dish that's good for people on a diet because it's butter and wheat flour.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Prepare the ingredients.

Break 3 eggs into a bowl and add 100g of sugar.
STEP 3/13
Mix until it doesn't foam and melt the sugar so that it doesn't feel dirty.

Sift 160g of whole wheat flour and put it in.
STEP 5/13
Sift 10g of green tea powder, 2g of baking powder, 1g of baking soda, and add 2g of salt.

Add 160ml of soy milk.

Add 60g of canola oil.
STEP 8/13
The dough is ready. Pound cake has a texture for dough, but it's moist after baking.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

    I didn't have whole wheat flour, so I made it using bread flow, and I added soybean oil because I didn't have canola oil. It's so delicious. It wasn't too sweet and it was perfect for my taste!! Thank you for the good recipe^^
