I made it with the ingredients and tools at home. Unfortunately, I don't have a scale at home, so I converted it into US cup, Ts, and ts.
Gluten-free powder 1 1/3 cup
Canola oil 4 1/2 Ts
Three eggs
1/2 ts of baking powder
1/4 ts of salt
2/3 cup of milk (I added milk because I don't have soy milk at home)
1/4 cup sugar (the recipe says 1/2 cup, but it's cut in half)
1/8 ts of baking soda
Green tea powder 1 1/2 Ts
I didn't have a square cake mold at home, so I put it in a muffin mold and baked it. (I oiled it because there was no paper.)
Bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes and check if it comes out with a toothpick later.
Review: Gluten-free powder at home, which is about to expire, is made of rice powder and tapioca powder
It's made up, so the cupcake shrunk when it cooled down. If it's not for your health, I don't recommend this recipe with gluten-free powder
I liked it because it didn't taste too sweet when I cut the sugar in half. But the green tea taste is not strong, so I should have added more. I'm going to try flour next time. Thank you for the recipe.
