Ingredients
  • marsh snail
  • Cheonggukjang
  • Red pepper powder
    2spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Soy sauce
    5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put marsh snails in an earthen pot.
STEP 2/5
Add a bowl of cheonggukjang together, pour some water, and bring to a boil.
STEP 3/5
I'm going to add the seasoning. Two spoons of red pepper powder, one spoon of minced garlic, and five spoons of soy sauce. The cheonggukjang I eat is barely salty, so I season it with soy sauce, but not all cheonggukjang are like this. The cheonggukjang sold on the market is salty because it is salty. Soy sauce is also low-salt soy sauce. If it's regular soy sauce, it's better to reduce it a little.
STEP 4/5
And chop up three cheongyang peppers and put them in. Add vegetables however you like. I didn't add any other vegetables or seasonings to keep the marsh snail taste and the cheonggukjang taste simple today.
STEP 5/5
Boil it and that's it.
