Ginger rusk (ultra-simple bread snack)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut bread into 1 to 1.5cm pieces (cut into appropriate sizes) microwave for about 30 seconds and place in cold place to allow moisture to evaporate.
STEP 2/4
Mix the melted butter well with the sugar and ginger powder and microwave for about 10 seconds.
STEP 3/4
Mix well into the moistened bread.
STEP 4/4
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes after panning. (It depends on the oven, so please judge by the color. For your information, I baked it for about 12 minutes.)
