Boil chestnuts simply and deliciously
Shijo Ka spent so many nights in Anseong. When I received the chestnut, a large chestnut tree came into my eyes on one side of the pear field. It would not have been easy to peel chestnuts because of the thorns, but thanks to the hard work of Shijo-ka and his wife, we received a rich chestnut with eggs. As soon as I received it, I shared it, ate it, boiled it, and enjoyed the fluffy sweetness. I'm going to cook a simple chestnut.

Cooking Steps

Wash it under running water.
STEP 2/3
Boil chestnuts simply by putting water in a pot and steaming it in a steamer when it boils. Steam over medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes. There may be some differences depending on the intensity of the fire.
STEP 3/3
Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes to boil the chestnut~ You can just peel it and eat it in this state, or soak it in cold water and eat it to peel it better.
