RICE PAPER CHEESE ROLL: In one bite!
I really like cheese after visiting Switzerland recently. I can say that I'm a cheese fan. I've been eating a lot of different foods with cheese. Make it like finger food and eat it in one bite! I made rice paper cheese rolls that are good for nutritional snacks and snacks.

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare soaked rice paper.
STEP 3/10
Place the seaweed cut in 1/4 first, then spread the cheese on top.

Put the prepared vegetables, ham, and mushrooms on it.

Fold the rice paper from the top and bottom
STEP 6/10
Roll it up and you're done with the rice paper cheese roll!

Bake it in oil as if it's slightly fried.

Now, the steam is covering the cheese and various vegetables, so the cheese doesn't leak out! That's why I used seaweed *.

Rice paper cheese roll is done! It's a nutritious snack that you can eat one by one with finger food.
