Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put 1L of water in a pot and boil radish, green onion, onion, anchovy, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms.

I didn't think about making the broth with bonito. As expected, the soup tastes different. I added a spoonful of cooking wine just in case it smells fishy, and it was so good.
