How to make bracken greens
It is a method of making bracken greens that cannot be left out of the three-color greens prepared during the holidays. I boiled Korean dried bracken and stir-fried it for the first time in a long time, and even if it's not a holiday, it tastes so good as a side dish of vegetables. I'm putting up a side dish with a strong scent of bracken.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add water to bracken about 5 times and when it boils, add bracken and boil it. My mother dried it with Korean dried bracken and dried it so well that I boiled it for a long time. Boil over medium heat for more than 30 minutes depending on how dry it is or how much it is. If it gets soft, wash it in cold water and take it out.
STEP 2/3
Mix the dried bracken with soy sauce, salted fish sauce, minced garlic, and perilla oil.
STEP 3/3
Stir-fry it in a pan and mix it with sesame seeds and green onions when it's done. I added chives instead of green onions. If it's not your turn, you can add perilla powder and stir-fry it.
