Prepare the ingredients for room temperature and melt the dark chocolate in advance! (Place the chocolate ball on the bowl of hot water and melt it)

Place at room temperature and whip softened butter

Add sugar and salt and mix until smooth

Then, add the eggs and whip gently

Add the dark chocolate that's been melted before we start

Add the sifted powders (gravity, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda) and mix

When mixing the powder with the dough, put up a spatula and mix it together!! (You can't mix it for too long!)

When mixing raw powder, add chocolate chip cookies to your liking or put chocolate chips on top of the dough

Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to pan (I panned the dough first and topped with chocolate chips)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the dough

It's a palm-sized cookie, so I baked it for 13 to 14 minutes. The longer you bake it, the more crispy it becomes!
Moist chocolate chip cookies are done!!
