Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Beat in 3 eggs and make an egg roll. (Do not season eggs because they are salty.)
STEP 2/10
1 bowl of rice with salt and pepper!
Put sesame oil around it and season it.
STEP 3/10
Cut the spam, please. It looks better when it's similar to the thickness of the egg, so I cut it similar to the thickness of the egg. And bake until golden. :)
STEP 4/10
You can only make it with spam and eggs, but I used zucchini because I thought it would look better with green.
If you have lettuce or perilla leaves, it would be good to use.
STEP 5/10
Cut the egg roll according to the size of the spam.
** Cool down the hot ingredients!
Otherwise, the steam will get soggy!
STEP 6/10
There is no square frame, so you can make it using a spam box :) Put plastic wrap or plastic in the spam box. Rice---Zucchini---Spam---Egg---Rice in order.
STEP 7/10
Press down on the ingredients and take them out of the spam box.
STEP 8/10
Take off the plastic, put it on the gimbap laver, and wrap it in a square shape.
I used up one sheet to relax, but it would be perfect if I split it in half.
STEP 9/10
You can cut it. If you cut it too thin
The shape may be blurred, so cut it a little thick.
STEP 10/10
There was one or five spam mousse.
(One of them is because of the explosion of the copper leaf :D)
The combination of spam, eggs, and rice is so delicious. It's quite filling even if you eat a few. It's also good as an outing lunch menu. :)
It is important to cool the ingredients and wrap them in seaweed, and to cut them carefully using a good knife when cutting them.
