Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients first. Prepare tomato sauce or brava sauce. And mozzarella cheese, tortilla, and chamnamul only used leaves. I also prepared raw tomatoes. Lastly, I'm going to add the Parmasal cheese powder. Of course, we need to prepare olive oil or truffle oil.

I'll heat up the pan first. Spread tomato sauce or brava sauce on tortilla. Apply it all over your face.

Put raw tomatoes on top of that. If it's cherry tomatoes, cut it in half and put it on top. Cut the big tomatoes into appropriate sizes and put them on top.

Now put it on a heated pan and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. You can add a lot of mozzarella cheese depending on your taste.

In order for mozzarella cheese to melt, you have to grill it with a lid on. If you cover it and the cheese melts, it's done. Please cook over medium-low heat. If it's high heat, only tortillas.

When the cheese is all melted, put the chamnamul leaves on top. You can eat it raw, so you can put it on top as a topping.

Margherita pizza made using tortilla is complete. It's a pizza with the scent of chamnamul. It's tortilla, so it's crispy and has a tomato scent.
