Add oyster sauce, sugar, cheongju, ginger powder, and diced garlic to the pork. I thought it wasn't enough to put pork in it, so I cut up the pine mushrooms and put them in. Ginger powder, minced garlic, and rice wine will play a role in controlling the smell.

Lastly, put katsuobushi that feels like it's alive and breathing on top and add toppings. Then it'll slowly move around and give you the feeling of breathing. Salty yet sweet stir-fried pork with host is complete.
