New York Cheesecake in a Rice Cooker
To make a thick cheesecake, I increased the cheese content and made it with a rice cooker at home.

Cooking Steps

Put 8 Digest biscuits in a zipper bag and grind them finely. Make fine particles carefully so that there are no lumps.

In a large bowl, combine 350g of cream cheese, 5 spoons of sugar, and 2 eggs.

Add plain yogurt to the finely mixed contents and mix well, then add soft flour (if not, gravity flour). No pancake mix!) Sieve it and mix it well.

Coat the rice cooker with butter and add the mashed dices. Liquidate the butter, mix it well in the die, and press it hard as if constructing the floor to complete the Xenoise. Then add the cheese contents and pour the rice cooker on the floor to remove the air. Flatten the top with a spoon or ladle, press 40 minutes of universal stew and wait.

Leave moxibustion for about 10 minutes, and remove the rice cooker until it cools down at room temperature. At this time, the wrap is slightly covered in a rice cooker to prevent the top of the cake from collapsing. And let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day and eat it!

    Thank you for the easy recipe. But I think it's a failure today.. I think I added too little sugar..But you have to put it in the refrigerator and cool it down I think I know how it tastes~~^^
