Soft chicken leg meat that's easy to eat because it's bone! Wash it in water and remove the water.

I prepared 1/4 onions by chopping. I prepared a pine mushroom by chopping it long.

Put the chicken leg on the wide pan nicelyAdd minced garlic, butter and chopped onions.

Add a cup of water, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, and pepper and boil over high heat.

Mr. Baek's original recipe was minced garlic and soy sauce 1 spoon per chicken leg, and vinegar 1/2 spoon. The rogue mother uses boneless chicken legs, so she reduced the amount. Also, I recommend chopped garlic with a knife rather than minced garlic for texture, but I used minced garlic as a nuisance to the rogue mother lol I used mushroom in the original recipe, but it was not there, so I replaced it with a mushroom, and it was delicious. Personally, I recommend that you add a small amount of butter so that it only gives the flavor! If you do something wrong, it can get greasy^^
