STEP 1/7
Take out anchovies and walnuts, shake off the anchovies and cut walnuts into bite-sized pieces. I broke it with my hand.
STEP 2/7
Put walnuts in a heated frying pan first and stir-fry them for 1-2 minutes. If you don't have time, you can stir-fry walnuts and anchovies together. I stir-fried walnuts and anchovies separately because they taste different depending on the heat. Walnuts are crispy when stir-fried over high heat, and anchovies don't burn and stir-fry moderately. But if you stir-fry it on medium heat, it doesn't make much difference.
STEP 3/7
If you stir-fry walnuts, add anchovies and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4/7
Put the stir-fried walnut anchovies in a large sieve and shake off the crumbs. (If you're bothered, I sometimes pass, too. It's annoying and wasteful of crumbs, so I eat it). And make the sauce. I put soy sauce, 2 fructos, 1 oligosaccharide, 1 rice grain syrup, and 2 mirin and boiled it. Fructo oligosaccharide is not absorbed into the body and is released It's high in fiber. So I added sugar instead of sugar to make it healthier. But I thought I wasn't very patient, so I added a little bit of grain syrup!
STEP 5/7
I'm going to put it in after stir-frying it all, so I'll just put in the sauce and boil it. When the bubbles come up, you can turn the heat down or turn it off.
STEP 6/7
Then, add fried walnuts and anchovies and mix well, then add sesame seeds and mayonnaise 2T on top. If you boil mayonnaise in the sauce in advance, the oil from mayonnaise will leak and the savory taste will be reduced. Keep that in mind!
STEP 7/7
Now! It's complete!!!! It's Sung. It's full of two small pieces of plastic. Hehe. It's done in 10 minutes.
-If you have a tip, if you like crispy, add oil when you first stir-fry it, it will become crispy.
-If you like the smell of garlic, add minced garlic or sliced garlic, add grape seed oil or canola oil, stir-fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes, and then add anchovies and walnuts.
-For those who like sweet taste, you can add 1 spoon of sugar at the end. Then sugar and walnuts are chewed together, so it's delicious!!
