Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I bought dried acorn jelly from the Aegub Cooperative
STEP 2/8
Chop onion, paprika, green pepper, shiitake mushrooms (dried shiitake soaked)
STEP 3/8
Put dried acorn jelly in boiling water for about 20 minutes
Boil it and rinse it in cold water
STEP 4/8
Put canola oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic
Stir-fry dried muk with soy sauce
STEP 5/8
Add a bit of salt to the vegetables
Put it in and stir-fry it
STEP 6/8
Add soy sauce and garlic for shiitake mushrooms
Stir-fry it together
STEP 7/8
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to all the ingredients
Mix it and make dried acorn jelly japchae
If you need more seasoning, use salt
