First, trim the roots of spinach and cut it lengthwise.

Pour enough water into a pot to cover and blanch spinach from the roots when the water boils with salt (1).
Dip blanched spinach in cold water about three times.

Squeeze the water out of the washed spinach and mix it with soy sauce (1), chopped green onion (1), and crushed garlic (1t)
Lastly, add sesame salt and sesame oil and garnish with red pepper to complete.

I prepared bracken by selling soiled bracken at the mart.
Blanch the soaked bracken slightly in hot water.(To remove impurities and be soft.)

Pick the tough part of the bracken and cut it long.

Put soy sauce (2), soy sauce (0.5), minced garlic (0.5), and sugar (one pinch) into a long-sliced bracken and measure.

Grease the measured bracken greens in a frying pan and stir-fry the bracken, then add half a cup of water and cover the lid for a while to reduce the heat.
When the water boils down, reduce the heat and stir-fry evenly, then add chopped green onion (1), sesame salt (1), and sesame oil (0.5) to finish.

Balloon flower has its own bitter taste, so when blanched in hot water, its unique bitter taste is neutralized.
Cut the bellflower root too long and cut the thick one vertically.

Blanch it slightly in hot water and rinse it in cold water.

Drain the rinsed bellflower.
Put oil in the pan, add bellflower roots, and stir-fry minced garlic (0.5), sugar (0.1 pinch), and perilla powder (0.5)
Season with salt

Lastly, add chopped green onions, put perilla oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
To remove the bitter taste of bellflower roots, rub it with salt and blanch it slightly in boiling water to remove the bitter taste. It's good to blanch bracken to remove impurities
