STEP 1/9
Wash the rice cake in water and prepare it.
STEP 2/9
There was no square fish cake, so I wrapped gimbap and used it as the leftover fish cake
You can cut 1 or 2 pieces of fish cake and put it in.
Shred shiitake mushrooms and onions, and cut paprika in a similar size to tteokbokki.
STEP 3/9
Make sauce in a bowl.
Add 5 curry powder, 1 oligosaccharide, 1 ketchup, 1 soy sauce, and 0.5 minced garlic and mix evenly.
STEP 4/9
Put some cooking oil on the pan
Stir-fry prepared rice cake, onion, paprika, shiitake mushroom, and fish cake
STEP 5/9
Pour 3 to 4 cups of water into a paper cup.
STEP 6/9
Boil it and add the sauce
STEP 7/9
Bring to a boil, stirring evenly.
Boil over medium low heat for about 7 minutes and add 1/2 cup milk.
If you don't have milk, you can skip it. Personally, I put milk in because it's soft.
Please refer to it and apply it.
STEP 8/9
Boil for 2 more minutes and sprinkle pepper powder at the end and finish.
(Don't boil the soup too much. It's good to make it soupy since it's tteokbokki with the soup.)
STEP 9/9
Curry tteokbokki with pretty colors is complete
It's good not to be spicy because it uses mild curry powder.
I think it's soft and nice because I added milk at the end.
