#Making fried pigs' feet #Fried pigs' feet that can revive the l
It's a fried pig's feet made by making boneless pig's feet, eating half as it is, and frying half of it is. It's hard to eat leftover jokbal or cold jokbal again, but if you fry it like this, it can turn into chewy jokbal.

Ingredients
  • pig hocks
  • salted shrimp
    1ts
  • Red pepper powder
    little
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Try making jokbal or ordering jokbal and using the leftover jokbal.
STEP 2/3
I fried it quickly at a temperature of 180 degrees. Since the jokbal itself is seasoned, it can burn easily, so I took it out in 3 to 5 minutes. Then, the skin becomes chewy and the flesh becomes crispy jokbal with the seasoning cut.
STEP 3/3
I finished the fried jokbal with the salted shrimp sauce made with a little bit of red pepper powder.
