Microwave simply! Steamed fusion sweet pumpkin with tomato sauce
The season of sweet pumpkin has come. I picked it up quickly because it was a good price for a while, but I remembered how to make it to suit everyone's taste, so I added Korean taste to tomato sauce and kimchi to make delicious steamed sweet pumpkin. It's a dish you can enjoy with your family on a special day.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, wash the pumpkin clean and return it to the microwave for 5-7 minutes, then cut off the top of the pumpkin like a lid and dig out the inside of the pumpkin. Even though the pumpkin flesh was so thick and cut off enough, I couldn't see the inside well, so I cut it out with a knife, and the cross-section became hexagonal.

I cut Kimchi into small pieces with scissors and used commercial sauce for tomato sauce. Kimchi is about one size of a soup bowl.
STEP 3/8
Pour a little olive oil on a frying pan and stir-fry the meat. When the meat is cooked, sprinkle a little salt and pepper and stir-fry it with chopped kimchi.

When the kimchi is half-fried, add tomato sauce and stir-fry it as if it is boiling.
STEP 5/8
Dig out the seeds, add the stir-fried kimchi tomato sauce into the hollow pumpkin, and microwave it for about 5 minutes with a pumpkin cover.

I don't know if you can see the sauce coming up. Place mozzarella cheese on top of it as much as you like and heat it for another 3-5 minutes without a lid.

As the cheese melted, the tomato sauce came up.

Sprinkle a little bit of parsley and it's done. Steamed sweet pumpkin's visual is easy to break when cut, so this is the end of the picture. ^^
