*Peeling tomatoes
Make 10 (+) cuts and soak in warm or boiling water
Peel off the skin by hand when it is lifted
Tip. Make a slight cut on the skin.

Cut peeled tomatoes, onions, potatoes, and carrots into big pieces

Stir-fry vegetables without meat in a pot with a little oil
STEP 5/9
When onions become transparent, stir-fry with meat
Tip. I added 2 tablespoons of ginger just in case it stinks.(Optional)

Add water when the meat starts to cook
STEP 7/9
Cover and boil for a while
STEP 8/9
When it boils, add curry and boil it until the potatoes are cooked
Tip. Bring to a boil over medium heat and low heat.
STEP 9/9
If you boil it, tomato curry is done!!
1. I marked the weight as well because the size of the material I prepared is uneven.
2. The water is about 4 cups of paper.
3. Place pork on a kitchen towel to remove blood.
4. Peel the tomatoes for a soft texture.
5. If you have a mold, try putting rice in a mold. you can eat it in a special way^^
