STEP 1/6
Boil anchovy kelp stock for tofu stew, about 6 cups (based on paper cups)
Cut 1 piece of tofu into bite-sized pieces, 3-4 shiitake mushrooms, and 1 saesongi mushroom
Prepare onions, zucchini, green onions, red peppers, and cheongyang peppers by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
(If you want to add additional ingredients, please add them together. You can also add oyster and enoki mushrooms.)

Put the seasoning ingredients, red pepper powder 2, salted shrimp, crushed garlic 1, and boiled anchovy kelp stock 4
Mix evenly to make the sauce.
STEP 5/6
Boil it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Taste it and add salt if it's not enough, and you can add pepper if you want.
Lastly, put the crown daisy on top
