Stir-fried beef zucchini

Ingredients
  • Steamed beef
    100g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Chili peppers
    6ea
  • Young squash
    1/2ea
  • Soy sauce
    1.5spoon
  • crushed garlic
    2ea
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Minced beef, half a zucchini, and garlic. Prepare the onion and the pepper. (Use a fork or toothpick to make a hole in the pepper. So that the sauce seeps in well)

Pour 1/5 cup water into a frying pan. Add garlic and boil it
STEP 3/5
Add the minced beef and boil it until it is blanched
STEP 4/5
Add all the ingredients. Add soy sauce. Stir-fry it on medium heat. That's it.
STEP 5/5
Vegetables hold water quickly, so if you stir-fry a little, the water disappears.
Sprinkle pepper if you like
If you add too much water, you can turn it into a pot and boil clear beef tofu soup. ^^;; Just put enough water in the frying pan.
