I woke up while watching Hyori's B&B recently! (Singing "Ding") I thought I should try it after watching Cloud Egg. Original cloud eggs with parmesan cheese, salt, and parsley I made two versions of cloud egg featuring bacon and silpa

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare 2 eggs (white, separate yolk), parmesan cheese powder, a pinch of salt, a little parsley, a little green onion and 1 bacon.

Before making meringue, cut bacon into small pieces and stir-fry to remove oil

Make meringue and mix with Parmesan cheese powder and salt (season to taste)

For the original cloud egg, add Parmesan cheese powder and salt, mix with spatula, and mix with the remaining meringue, stir-fried bacon and silpa.
