#Make Chef Jung Ho-young's gyukatsu by asking for a refrigerator
The gyukatsu that Chef Jung Ho Young did in the cold soup!! It's a kind of fried beef. It's fried like pork cutlet, and while pork cutlet is fully cooked, gyukatsu is fried with rare and enjoyed gently.

Cooking Steps

I bought it for sirloin steak. So it's thick~~ It was usually 2cm thick.

Then add salt and pepper and season.

Season the sirloin with frying powder or flour. It's a step to make sure that the egg clothes are coated well. You can do it like when you make pork cutlet.

    It was good. It's similar to what my son sells^^ Since it's rare since it's fried for 1 minute and 30 seconds, I'm thinking of frying it for 2 minutes next time. We had wasabi soy sauce, salt and Worcester sauce curry together, just like Gyukatsu restaurant.
