Wash the sesame seeds in running water.

I removed all the stems of sesame seeds. After that, I blanched it in boiling water with 1 spoon of salt for 5 minutes.

Drain and place in a bowl.

Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of plum syrup, and a sauce with sesame oil in it and mix it well.

After that, we're going to stir-fry sesame seeds. Put 100ml of water and 4 spoons of perilla seeds in a frying pan

Add the seasoned sesame seeds on top of it.

If you stir-fry it over low heat, the perilla powder boils and cuts it well in sesame seeds.

The savory perilla seed stir-fry is complete! I'm done making delicious side dishes.
If you don't like or don't like perilla seeds, add the sauce and eat it with seasoned sesame seeds.
