This is the second dish from Hawaiian Recipe Last time I made Roll Kebetz, and this time I tried "Malasada Donut" I heard that malasada donuts are actually famous for Hawaiian street food It wasn't that hard to make at home It was interesting and fun to see the doughnuts being fried It tasted so good as a snack and it was even better when I fried it right away

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Making dough & ripening 1
Mix flour, flour, dry yeast, sugar, eggs and milk to make a dough and let it ripen at room temperature for about 30 minutes
