Making side dishes with seasoned boiled eggs
It's hard because the title isn't set but I have to name it... That's why my child gave me the name Boiled Egg Marinated Grilled. The price of eggs dropped, right? You can buy a tray for 5,900 won. I haven't had it in a while, so I'm going to try some now.

Cooking Steps

Boil the eggs. I'm a woman who uses a machine. LOL. I took it out because it's a waste to keep an egg steamer. If you do it here, it makes a sound when it's fully cooked, so you can do something else because you don't care.

I made a sauce to put on top while the eggs were boiling. Soy sauce 3, cooking wine 1, oligosaccharide 2, sesame oil 2, garlic 1/2 and green onion. I put in sesame seeds and carrots. When I make this sauce, I put in red pepper powder, but I forgot that day. I thought the sauce was a little empty, but I didn't think about putting it in. ^^;

It's fully cooked like this in the egg steamer. Cut it in half, grease the pan, and add eggs.

Place the sauce on the egg and bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
