I have raw glutinous rice powder at home, so I used this glue, but it's okay to use simple flour. The ratio is 6:1 ratio of water and glutinous rice powder

Put red pepper powder (1/2 cup), sugar (2), ginger powder (2), anchovy sauce (1/4 cup), and plum juice (5) into the ground seasoning in a blender and mix them well to complete the seasoning

If the radish kimchi is pickled with bay salt, rinse it slightly and drain it. If it's seasoned with flower salt, just drain it without rinsing and season it with the sauce (2/3), and then season it to suit your taste

Usually, if you use radish too much, it's not delicious even if it's cooked, but when you mix it with sugar and then pickle it with salt, the texture becomes much more crunchy and the bitter taste of radish leaves only a sweet and salty taste, so it's really very delicious^^
