  • red bean paste

  • Sugar

  • Starch syrup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put agar in a small amount of water and let it soak at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Add sugar and starch syrup to the soaked agar water and bring to a boil over medium heat. If the water becomes viscous as it dries, change the heat to low heat.
STEP 2/4

STEP 3/4
Remove from heat and add drained canned chestnuts and mix well.
STEP 4/4
Pour the finished red bean jelly batter into a mold.Let it harden for 3 to 4 hours in a cool or cold place. If you remove the hardened red bean jelly from the mold, it's done!
