Ingredients
  • dried squid
    100g
  • Water
    2L
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It's hard to get omija, so I ordered it online.
STEP 2/6
It's very cherry-like, but it's bitter when you eat it.
STEP 3/6
I put the water in here and measured it. Think of the water container as 1.75L, approximately 2L.
STEP 4/6
I put water in a frying pan. It should be between 1:15 and 1:20 for dried omija and water.
STEP 5/6
So I'm going to eat a lot of omija... Then you might think it's better to just buy omija cheong, but cheongryu has a lot of sugar, so you can't eat it for gestational diabetes like me.
STEP 6/6
Now that I think about the distribution... Just put omija in the container and fill it with water... I'll have to do that next time. You can eat omija tomorrow after mixing it for a day. You can keep it in the refrigerator.
If you boil it, it will taste bitter, so don't boil it and just soak it in cold water.
Geonomija is not a tea to boil. It's really bitter
