STEP 1/18
Preparation of materials
STEP 2/18
Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces
Cut the pepper with scissors
Cut green onions 2/3 at a time and 1/3 at an angle
Cut onions into big pieces
STEP 3/18
Stir-fry chicken breast in an oiled pan
STEP 4/18
When the surface starts to cook, stir-fry whole garlic, chopped green onions, and dried peppers
STEP 5/18
When the green onions are cooked, add onions and sugar
Tip. Add sugar when the chicken is golden brown when using the skinned chicken leg or other parts. Chicken breast gets dry when the cooking time is long
I'm going to do it.
STEP 6/18
When sugar starts to stick, add water,
STEP 8/18
Add minced garlic and boil it down
STEP 9/18
Lastly, add a green onion and stir-fry it once
STEP 10/18
Finish with sesame oil
STEP 11/18
Add stir-fried chicken into the hollow peanut pumpkin
STEP 12/18
To prevent drying, cover the top and cook pumpkin
Tip. When I tried it in the oven, the moisture was gone and the pumpkin wasn't cooked
Put it in a sieve and steam it in a pot ^^
STEP 13/18
I made it with pot rice, but half of the rice for peanut pumpkin
Add it when it's cooked.
STEP 14/18
Then braised chicken made with peanuts and pumpkins is done!!
STEP 15/18
Peanut pumpkin. I'll show you briefly. It looks like a gourd.
STEP 16/18
If you cut it in half, there are seeds only in the round part.
STEP 17/18
Dig out the seeds like this
STEP 18/18
I'm going to make pumpkin rice. I'm going to make two with steamed sweet pumpkin chicken.
1. The chicken part doesn't matter. Just be careful of the cooking time.
2. You can use sweet pumpkin instead of peanut pumpkin.
3. It's about two or three sheep.
4. Steam the pumpkin on a sieve rather than on the oven.
